Other NewsStar:track15 Aug 2008 This summers Star:track Athletics commences this Monday 18th August - Friday 22nd August at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. This is the first year that the children will get the chance to learn their new Athletic skills in the Universities new HPC indoor Athletics area which comprises of an indoor running track, throws area, jumps area and an outdoor running track stretch. Over 60 children are due to take part this summer in a week of fun filled running, jumping and throwing activities. Expert coaches are on hand to take everyone through their paces with 4 days of fundamental athletics games and skills and a final day of competion. Each child will receive a star:track t-shirt and goodie bag containing wallet and baseball cap and a certificate. |
